Bust measures 19" from underarm seam to seam. This has some stretch through the banding at the bust. Measurements taken on a small. Add 1" to each measurement as you go up in size. Dress fits true to size through the bust and looser through the stomach and hips. We recommend grabbing your normal size. If in between sizes and not busty, consider sizing down otherwise size up.
